Adds tikz interleaf macro

Tikz macros now automatically calculates the required height and location of the interleaf black boxes given the current paper and total number of papers. This is much more flexible than the \marginpar and \colorbox solution as it requires no hand tuning or calibration. There is also an optional parameter of colour for the interleaf box.
