cta-link-button is splitted into cta-link (used in adjacent-image-text and link-boxes) and cta-button (used in hy-banner). Styles are changed accordingly. Cta-link has only 1 variant whereas cta-button has 2 possible variants

standalone links and image on the right side are no longer in use; there could be up to 2 cta-link-buttons called now main urls
