Sedimentation allows for a) 2D-equivalent sinusoidal aggradation profile, and b) progradation profile with Gaussian curve in y superimposed on half-Gaussian in y.  Not yet compiled.

With debug output commented out, updates to written output in case of Cholesky factorization error, and the option to instruct douar to continue in the case of finding a bad value

Added changes (mschmiddunser 12.14) to allow output every nth time step. The also saves the most recent output, which is overwritten at each time step
