Hbm 93 username search fix

Contains username search suggestion fix and keyword list search addition

Search suggestion:

• Try searching names, for example ana
• Search should suggest multiple Firstname Lastname combinations.

Keyword taxonomy:

• Drush cim
• Go to /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/keywords/overview
• You should see customized taxonomy list with search functionality
• You should be able to search for specific terms
• Links should lead to edit page
