runctap_minimal.m _sometimes_ fails due to a matrix dimension issue

Managed to crash runctap_minimal.m once to a matrix dimension issue but cannot reproduce. Failure to reproduce might have something to do with randomness in synthetic data generation. Cannot act before the issue appears next time.

If you encounter this issue, please provide us with the raw data file that produces the issue.
