All Available Desktop Sources Busy at 7am on May 1? Yeah right.

I cannot access any of the three remote desktop options Cubbli, Cubbli GPU, or Turso. For all three, the error message is that "All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy." This is exceedingly implausible, given it's early morning on a major national holiday.

This kind of problems are very serious because my dissertation files are located in my Cubbli Home directory, and there seems to be no way to access it from outside of Cubbli.

Although I can access my Z-drive desktop (as well as the "ELO" directory) by connecting to a remote Windows desktop, I cannot find a way to access the Cubbli Home files from there. (and even if I could, that would be of limited use because the remote Windows desktops evidently lack TexStudio or other Latex editors/compilers that I need to write my thesis)
